    Tropical Storm Julia, still inland, continued to track northward Wednesday morning into south Georgia, while Tropical Storm Ian was also spinning in the central Atlantic and a new tropical depression formed far to its east. As of 10 a.m. CDT, the center of Tropical Storm Julia was located about 20 miles northeast of Brunswick, Ga., and was moving north-northeast at 6 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.
